All of us who love to Cook, love to try something new. My favorite is the cheese ingredients because we can use it in many different ways. Today I'm going to use it for this delicious dessert banana cream cheese bread. We all love the desserts and I love to make them and surprise my family whenever I have a chance. I wanted to incorporate a lot of different ingredients and make something different. I especially love to make quick and healthy dessert.

Banana cream cheese bread is a quick, tasty and easy to make. This is a very tasty and sweet and perfect to start your day! This bread is a combination of cream cheese and banana. My kids like bananas very much, but they don't like to eat them when the bananas got dark spots. This recipe is ideal for using a banana with dark spots, when children would not eat them. Of course, the banana bread cream cheese is not real bread. This is the cake that you can make to your taste and make a lot of different combinations. I made this bread several times and I can say that it is very tempting. This combination of cream cheese and banana make this bread is absolutely delicious. I made this recipe with pumpkin as well, it is very tasty. You can freeze as well, but I didn't have that chance because every time I make this creamy cheese banana bread disappeared from the plate for a short time.

MATERIALS
For the bread:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil (or coconut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 mashed ripe banana
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • For the cream cheese mixture:
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 f. spray a single 8.5 x 4.5 x 3-inch floured Loaf pan with cooking spray, or grease and flour the Pan, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, sour cream, vanilla, and stir to combine. Add mashed bananas and mix together
  3. Add 1 cup flour, baking powder, baking soda pinch of salt and stir gently with spoon until just combined
  4. Spread half of the banana batter into prepared Pan bread with a spatula
  5. In a separate bowl, combine ingredients and spread cream cheese mixture on top. Top with remaining banana and smooth the dough very lightly with a spatula not to disturb the layer of cream cheese and push dough into the corners and the U.S. side is required.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top of the gold, the dome, and is located in the Centre, and a toothpick inserted in the Center comes out clean
  7. Cool and serve.
