Chicken thigh is really amazing. Dry rub imparts a sense of amazing chicken. There was a time the seasoning. All you need is a little bit of salt on the chicken before you rub chicken with dry rub. Bake them in the oven while you are relaxing on your sofa.

Materials:

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons dry meat rub
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. 
  2. Rinse the chicken thighs in cold water, drain and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub the dry rub generously onto the skin and flesh of drumsticks. 
  3. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven. At the 20 minute mark, take the chicken and brush chicken with olive oil. Change the chicken thighs into the other side and roast for another 10 minutes. 
  4. Check the maturity of slit cut through chicken meat. If the meat is not cooked, bake for another 5-10 minutes. Serve the chicken with the BBQ sauce.
