Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. salmon
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce diced
- 1 garlic clove grated or minced
- 1 half tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp adobo sauce
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sparkling parsley chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- If the use of a cedar plank to grill, submerge in a box as a minimum three hours before cooking. Fill a pitcher with water and location it on top of the plank to keep it submerged.
