Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. salmon
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce diced
  • 1 garlic clove grated or minced
  • 1 half tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sparkling parsley chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
  1. If the use of a cedar plank to grill, submerge in a box as a minimum three hours before cooking. Fill a pitcher with water and location it on top of the plank to keep it submerged. 
  2.
