Crispy Parmesan grilled cheese carrot fries with spicy dipping sauce, cream. This Parmesan-baked carrot fries with Chili Mayo Dip makes a great lunch, side dish, or appetizer!
Can I be all healthy!
OK, ignore the dip mayonnaise and parmesan-this is made of fried carrots and they're baked rather than fried!
Is that enough to pass the test healthy?
I'm on week 4 (of 10) with my personal trainer and I feel great! I lost my £6 so far and my clothes have stopped feeling depression tight!
When I leave on week one, I am determined to do this in a proper way-there are no quick fixes or daft diet. I want to make lifestyle changes.
