Taco stuffed Pasta shells recipe
Materials:
- 20 jumbo uncooked pasta shells
- 1 1/2 lbs of beef.
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 jar salsa, divided
- 3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup mixed grated cheeses, Mexico
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large skillet, brown beef until no longer pink and drain.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix, 1 cup salsa and cream cheese. Stir around 1/4 cup of grated cheese.
- Fill each shell with meat mixture of ground and place in a baking dish greasy. Top each shell with an extra drizzle of salsa.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes to heat through.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, for about 3-5 minutes longer until cheese melts.
