INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans drained & rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • Cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Taco toppings; shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, salsa, avocado, olives, lime, shredded cheese, etc


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, over medium high warmness, cook dinner the floor turkey with the salt & pepper till cooked thru and now not red, breaking the beef into small portions because it chefs. Drain.
