INGREDIENTS
Donuts:
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot flour
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 small white sweet potato or regular sweet potato
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup coconut butter coconut manna
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- dash of pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of sea salt
- 2-3 tablespoons boiling water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F. Generously grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
- cube candy potato into chunks and mince in a meals processor. upload relaxation of components for donuts and blend till easy.
- Scoop batter into a piping bag or plastic bag and fill donut pan with batter. Bake on 350F for half-hour then cool before lightly scooping donuts out with a spoon.
