INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbs dijon mustard

  • 2 c heavy whipping cream
  • 4 c cauliflower rice (or nibblets), cooked
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 tiers. Sauté the onion over medium warmth until soft. Brown the ground pork and take away from pan – hold the grease and upload 1 tbs butter until melted. upload back in the onion and the salt and garlic powder and stir. add almond flower and heavy whipping cream. Stir over low warmth until the sauce starts to thicken.

Pour half the sauce over the cauliflower and top with half the bag of cheese (i exploit a fork to spread it around a piece). add the floor red meat and closing sauce on top (again fork, spread). Sprinkle with the final cheese.
  3. Bake for 25 mins with foil over top. do away with the foil and bake every other 10 mins. allow set for 10 mins earlier than serving.
