With just a few ingredients and a few minutes you can have a batch of Peppermint Oreo bark on your desk. This is a great last minute holiday treats for a party or hostess Wredha.

Plus, I could not leave without one last season for peppermint treats. I think this is the perfect ending to the peppermint in phase I. Believe me, breaking up is hard to do, but my jeans are so angry at this month's snacking habits. This is not enough. But oh, it feels so good!
Ingredients
- Two kinds of chocolate, Oreo Thins, and peppermint bits makes a delicious and easy treat for last minute parties.
- 1 - 10 ounce package Oreo Thins (40 cookies)
- 2 1/2 cups white chocolate melting wafers
- 1 cup chocolate melting wafers
- 1/4 cup peppermint bits
Instructions
- Line an 11x15 pan with foil.
- Place the white chocolate and chocolate melting wafers in separate bowls and melt according to the package directions
- Spread a little bit of white chocolate on the back of the cookies and lay flat on the foil lined paper. Continue until all the cookies are laying flat and side by side.
- Spread the rest of the white chocolate over the top of the cookies using a flat spatula. Drop the chocolate by spoonfuls over the top. Swirl gently until you get the pattern you like. Sprinkle with peppermint bits. Let set.
- Use a large knife to cut the chocolate into pieces. Store in a sealed container.
