Sautéed shrimp with Bok Choy is a simple recipe involving baby bok choy. This vegetable is somewhat similar to the vegetable known as pechay in Philippines-thus it can be considered a variation of ginisang pechay.

Sauteed Bok Choy with shrimp is quick to make. This is one reason why I always make when materials are available in my refrigerator. I think that the sherry or wine cooking help dis better flavor.

A few notes before you start cooking Bok Choy stir-fry with shrimp; Make sure that the bok choy leaves are separated from each other. Do this by slicing the ends of the bottom transverse bok choy into. This will set apart the leaves. Also, use medium shrimp for this recipe. It might be easier if you buy packaged frozen shrimp from the grocery. This will save time cleaning up and removing the shell from the shrimp.
